Our AC is broke but they can't get to it, fuses are always blowing when use a blowdryer can barely use the microwave. Basement flooded, they cleaned it up but left the flood trash in a box in the basement, uncovered sewer holes... Sun porch leaks... They also let psycho neighbors move in.
