So we stopped in here while bar hopping, they have a decent Happy Hour selection from 3-5pm. We had the fried wontons which were excellent. My Dad & I had the Mai Tai, which was the best we've had yet, and My Mom got a Mango Margarita she's still dreaming about. Need I say more? They have an excellent view, the cars below didn't bother us. I personally, have selected hearing - so I drown out the cars as I'm looking at the beautiful ocean! It really can't get any better, if only we had made it here earlier, we got there 10 minutes before Happy Hour was ending and we were looking for a cheap, but drunken filled night. The service was a little bit slow, but all in all, Rio's was great and I highly recommend it!
