Bad Customer service 6/13/2008

I went to Rockbottom in Long Beach yesterday, and the customer service was horrible. I've heard this from my friends from their experience, but I decided to take the risk. Their thoughts were true, and it was a very inconvenient experience. First, the host was rude when she wanted us to sit right away, even though my friend and I were waiting for our friend. Second, although we were a large party, the server acted very unfriendly when she took our orders. Third, she took very long to take our orders, bring out our food, and was not courteous enough to refill our drinks or check up on us at all unless we asked her ourselves for assistance. Fourth, our meat was supposed to be well done, and there was still red on the meat. The serve did not even say sorry and only offered to cook it longer. Lastly, we walked out without any thank-you's, and the employees seemed to pay more attention to themselves than their customers throughout our whole experience. Due to this one experience, and one experience alone, I will not be returning to Rock Bottom. Pros: Food was okay Cons: Horrible customer service more
