I had a Red Tune done on my Trek 4900 early last year. What a ripoff! First week riding I got two flats and found my front and rear appearing to have never been trued. Took it back in on the first flat and they told me it was my fault for riding off trail (on a mountain bike!). I asked that the guy actually replace the tube this time. He also said he would true up both again. Nope and wham another flat. Took another shop and they were very suspect about the actuall labor performed on the red tune at city vs the actual condition of the bike. Unfortunately, my buddy went there this past week to have his specialized tuned after some storage. First ride out and a flat. Also noticed his front rim was definitely not straight on ( Flat was on the back tire).
Pros: If you are into Specialized or Cannondale maybe but I wouldnt
Cons: Many, no real selection, POOR mechanical servicing, non service attitude
