I would consider myself somewhat of a food critic and I have the gut to prove it. The food was not bad by any means, but it's fairly easy to tell that O'Bistro has a young kitchen. The steak was overdone and the Bechamel sauce tasted like watered down Sweet Baby Ray's. I will say that the roasted potato's were excellent! My wife's Blue Burger was average at best. The meat lacked essential flavors, it could have used a little more fat content. The desert was dressed impress but that is all. It was dry and bland.
