Tried to contact the manager, Rob, daily through e-mails and phone. Only answered phone once and never returned e-mails. Scheduled an appointment, to which he was a no show. When I arrived for appointment, there was also another person waiting, who also had an appointment. We both waited over an hour for this no show 'Manager'. The only reason this place gets a 1 star is because of the friendliness of the tenants. I can't imagine what would happen if something major went wrong in the place, there would be no one to contact!! If your looking for an apartment, Peppertree is a much better bet. Right down the street and much friendlier and helpful. Let's hope Rob is fired soon!
