In the 30+ years we have lived in Chicago this was by far the worst pizza we have ever had. We ordered a spinach deep dish pizza - there was hardly any spinach and completely over-powered by lumps of cheese. The worst part was that the crust was very chewy - it seemed like it had not been baked fully. When we called to complain they informed us that the crust is prepared in the morning to be re-heated when an order comes in. We will definitely not be returning customers at Papa Saverio's.
Cons: Uncooked pizza - unmelted cheese and chewy crust.
