We ordered windows about six years ago, due to unexpected changes, we had to cancel the order on which we had paid $1600 down. We were told we could not cancel because it was 7days to late. We had to move out of the house we ordered the windows within 30 days. We have been trying to tell them to deliver the custom windows and at that time we would just pay for them. They refused to do that. We started to try and get in touch with them again to work something out this year, 2008. They have sent sales reps to try and sell us again. I refuse to do this all over again, we have been give a lower quote by another company. Now no one will contact us again. I have a lawyer who says we have a case due to the pressure tactics use the first time around. When Hansons call just hang up or run.
