For the past year and a half I've been going to Studio Z for my hair cut, but after this, I don't know if I'll be going back. Tatiana has always done an excellent job for the entire time I've been going there. Her attention to detail is meticulous and she always made sure I was looking like a million bucks before I got out of the chair. But to my surprise, when I came in not to long ago, I was told that she no longer works there. They offered me a discounted price to get my hair cut by someone else. I reluctantly accepted and ended up regretting it dearly. I felt uncomfortable as I was getting my hair cut and I was VERY unhappy with the result. The salon appeared to be understaffed, I got my hair cut by a girl who used to shampoo me and she didn't seem too confident in what she was doing, which made me nervous. My family usually comments on how great my hair looks. But when I attended a family function that night, nobody said a word about my hair yet I could feel everyone's eyes gazing at my hair. Let me tell you... my hair looked worse then a 15$ cut from Supercuts. They lured me into getting my hair cut by a shampoo girl and thought that I wouldn't notice the drastic difference. I am very disappointed that Tatiana is not working there anymore. It seems that Studio Z has lost their best stylist. My hair misses you Tatiana! Where are you?
