I went here to treat myself to a manicure/pedicure on the eve of my birthday, but came back throughly disappointed. This was perhaps one of the worst manicure/pedicure experiences I have ever had. The manicurist/pedicurist seemed to be in a great rush to finish the manicure/pedicure even before she had started. I mentioned to her to ensure my nails are cut as I have a problem of ingrown nails. This was simply ignored. She kept trying to sell to me to go in for the spa pedicure as that is really nice, when I refused the basic pedicure was done in a haphazard manner and I was told explicitly that the spa pedicure (which costs double) would ensure a good finish.
The manicurist/pedicurist was also unable to even cut the nails evenly, and while 1/2 nail was cut, the other was still long. In between the manicure she suddenly stopped doing what she was and asked me to pay first!
After paying she applied nailpolish which chipped off as soon as I kept my hands in the dryer.
The whole process of pedicure/manicure was finished in a matter of minutes, giving the impression that they are actually doing a favor!
