Poor customer service, incompetent 6/29/2008

Took my car in for an oil change. They said it would take 30 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and my car hasn't moved. I go in, and they say they'll get to it right away. Call me 20 minutes later and tell me they don't have the filter they need for my car (a very common model with an engine shared across a number of vehicles) and thus can't change the oil. When I got my car back from them the check engine light was on (it wasn't when I dropped it off) and they claimed that it had been on when they got it. Pros: The first guy I talked to had hilariously bad highlights in his hair Cons: Staff wasted my time, general poor service more
