We were very dissapointed with Trailhead Brewery Co. We were seated in the patio dining area. Our waiter was slow and it took over an hour to get our food. (and 3 of four guests had sandwiches and children's cheese pizza only!) He did not check back with us very often and we had to ask one of the busboys to get us a ""to go"" box and our check because we had not seen our waiter for 20-25 minutes. The salmon was ""fishy"" and dry and my wife left most of it on her plate. Our waiter asked how it was, but when told it was not consumable, did nothing to correct the situation. The beer was OK, but did not make up for the lousy service and food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
