I own a baby grand piano, so when I move I have to hire a moving company. I was so satisfied with the service I received the first time I used Great American Movers, I hired them the next time I moved. The movers were polite and considerate. They seemed to understand moving was a stressful time in anyone's life. The second time I hired them, I had them pack all of my stuff. When I was unpacking, I couldn't believe what a great job they did and how careful they were with my belongings. It's so hard to let strangers into you home and have them touch all of your things, but I felt really safe and comfortable with them. I didn't have any damage during either move. I would definitely hire them again. I have referred them to all my friends who were moving.
Pros: polite, careful, considerate and understanding
Cons: not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for
