Very Poor Customer Service 6/29/2008

This company sent a service tech to repair my range. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, but the service tech damaged my range. This happened March 2008 and this is now July 2008 and they have done nothing but given me the run-a-round. I cannot use three of my four burners because of his the service techs disregard to the damage he did to my range. I am now having to go a step further to get my problem taken care of becase this company chooses to NOTHING. They won't even send anyone out to take a look at the damage that was done. more
