Wow.... where to begin... First off....Point Natomas is FULL of different color rag wearing thugs..EVERY night for the past two months there have been gunshots fired off in the complex...and the police have only showed up twice...Security (PALADIN) does absolutely nothing, well I lie, they harass the residents, threaten them with pepper spray.....enforce rules that none of tenants are aware of....and lock up the laundry rooms at random hours of the night....sometimes 9pm, sometimes 10pm, sometimes 2 am, sometimes not at all......and if your clothes happen to be in a machine...."OH WELL COME BACK WHEN THE OFFICE DECIDES TO RE-OPEN IT" is the kind of response you learn to expect... When security actually decides to drive through the complex...thats exactly what they do....they drive in and out in less than 1 minute....
On the lease, tenants are PROMISED 2 POOLS...(neither of which are ever open for more than a week) a Tennis court (which has no nets, yet has claimed one Mexican stabbed less than 3 days ago) and a racket ball court...which hasn't been open for at least the past 5 years. they offer you a recreational room to use but you're not allowed to use it because its now an office...and they make it clear you're unwanted there....and the weight room is horrible, every thing is broken...and the entrance doors are always locked....sometimes even during business hours.
The complex charges residents for parking... then tows residents at their own free will....and even if its their mistake...you have to pay for your car to get out of the tow yard.
Office staff talks openly about other residents personal information and has absolutely no class...
I would not recommend this complex to anyone..... There has been dozens of office changes...No manager stays here for more than a couple of months...... Tenants personal information is kept in the laundry room behind a door that is not secure in ANY way..... VERY LOW CLASS APARTMENTS :( :( :(
