When Merry Maids sends a well-trained cleaner, you know it when you get home from work --the house smells wonderful and looks great. The problem is they very seldom send the same person twice and a poorly-trained cleaner means that you find stuff like cleaning rags left behind (I once found a we rag on top of my bedspread!), doors unlocked and things done more or less halfway. The issue they have is that the service level is inconsistent.
