I had a horrible migraine, the kind where your eyes throb and such...I called Just Calm Down on recommendation from a co-worker. My therapist was very soothing in her manner, calming me down from the minute we started speaking. She asked me lots of questions about how I was feeling and I truly felt like I was in good hands!
