I am reading all of these great reviews and wondering if this is the same salon I went to? I had my hair cut by Melissa a while ago and I left more than a little disappointed in the haircut and the price she charged. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and I left with a haircut that did not remotely resemble the picture. My hair was a frizzy mess because she used the razor all over my wavy hair instead of cutting it because that would have taken too much time. And like one of the other reviewers said she had my back turned toward the mirror so that I was not able to see what she was doing until she was finished. To make matters worse she then cut bangs by just reaching over and cutting a chunk out of the front of my hair and then putting gel in it to mask the cut. One I washed my hair it was very apparent how uneven my hair was. I will say this, it was the second time I went into the salon and on both occassions I watched Tiffany cut hair. She is a professional and uses the correct cutting techniques. I should have booked an appointment with her instead.
