We had tried to put in a new faucet in our bathroom. We bought the best faucet we could find (that we liked) at Home Depot and my husband and I tried to put it in. It was just too loose and it leaked no matter what we did. With a litle embarrassment, we called Bishop plumbing to come out and fix it. They showed us a better product and gave us a choice to fix ours or buy their product. Comparing the two, we went with theirs which was much heavier and obviously of better quality. It cost a llittle more, but the prices were given up front and their warranty was much better than Home Depots. There are many unprofessional plumbers out there, but these gentlemen were very professional. They did the job quickly and even cleaned our bathroom when done! I highly recommend them.
