I have been hearing about this place for over a year. I decided to visit. Much to my suprise, they were not as Eco Friendly as they claim. One of my concerns was swimming in Chlorine or Bromine.. since The Crossing advertised about being ECO Friendly and endorsing LOHAS, (Lifestyles of Health & Sustainability), I felt confident they would use a Healthy alternative in their swimming pool. NOT!!!
PURE Chlorine!! the hot tub too-plus colder water for a Hot tub. The service was strange and that is putting it nicely. Not friendly in their lifestore, when I approached someone at the front desk they appeared Bothered, the worst part was the Massage by a grossly overweight individual that was unable to provide a decent massage due to lack of energy. I was so dissapointed, Big waste of time, money!
Cons: Poorly skilled therapists, Bad service, Chlorine in POOL, Overpriced!!!
