1. Hours of operation are not correct, they are actually Monday thru Saturday 1000 am to 600 pm.
2. They have a great varsity from Alligator to Yak. Prices vary from Ground Elk to Bear bacon.
3. If you are looking for something that is out of the ordinary for the grill, then this is really the place to go to.
