I paid Painted Mountain Iron Works 50% ($773) for a pool fence. They cashed the check right away. They said they were 2 weeks out from completion. After 2 weeks, I had to call them. Nick Wall (owner / operator) claimed his Grandfather had died and to please give him a couple of days to re-group. After a couple of days, I had to call them...again. They have made THREE appointments with me and did not show for any of them! Now, they just stopped answering the phone and won't return phone calls. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office as well. I am going to file charges with the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and with the County attorney's office to take them to court. I just wanted to keep my kids safe around the pool, and this guy saw an opportunity to scam me out of money. He has put my kids at risk and I will NOT let this die.
