I drove my car into the Firestone parking lot at 8:45am this morning with no appointment. I needed 4 new tires because mine are worn out. They were able to get it done by 4pm the same day. Not bad without an appointment, but best to make an appointment if you want to wait while the work is being done. Service was solid. I was served quickly when I walked in - after I waited for about 30 seconds they called another person in from the garage to help me so that I didn't have to wait. The attendant was friendly and quick - and gave me an estimate in about 5 minutes. I had done some homework on the Firestone site the night before and expected lower prices on the tires than what they quoted me at the shop - but they didn't have the cheaper tires that were quoted on the site in stock. I also noticed that the estimate included a bunch of stuff that I didn't necessarily want (such as lifetime warranties and the like). They didn't explicitly call it to my attention but did remove it
