Avoid this place at all costs! I went here because of my insurance, but because of this bad experience (and also at other Dental Health group locations) I will be changing to a better provider. These people have bad equipment, dirty offices and they are completely unprofessional. They have made mistakes so many times with my treatment. A routine procedure will take hours because they mess up so often. You will have to sit through all of their painful blunders and reschedule many appointments because they can't do anything right. \r

Some of what I have experienced with them includes:\r

- Drilling done without novacaine even when telling them I was in pain. \r
\r
- Hygeniest spending hours on a temporary crown, including dropping it on the floor more than 5 times and having me dig under the chair for it. \r

- Dentist drilling holes through permanent crowns and repeatedly messing up and putting on poorly fitting crowns, despite this being brought to attention. \r
