I'm starting a new job and wanted to see a dentist closer to home. I walked into Monarch just to ask a few questions. I stood between the 2 receptionists and waited to be noticed. One was with a customer the other was talking on her cell phone. When the first finished with her customer she asked me if I wanted orthodontics or general. When I told her general she pointed to the other receptionist. I waited about 2 minutes until she was finished with her cell phone conversation. My first thought was, "Does this office use cell phones instead of land lines?" After noticing the phone on the desk I realized that she was just practicing very poor customer service skills...personal phone call...at the front desk???? I walked out and decided I'll look else where. I hope someone from Monarch reads these.
