We called CCPS originally 4 years ago. They came out to fix a problem, left, and the next day the problem continued. Last year, we called them out again to fix the problem they originally were supposed to fix. They supposively fixed it. Then again this year we had to call them back out. We once again paid for the problem to be corrected. And, again, we have bubbles coming thru the jets. I asked them to come and look at it again, and they were going to charge us, yet again. They should have tested the lines before they left. They were not thorough. So instead of making sure the problem was fixed the first time, we have to pay another call out fee to have them come and check it. We will NEVER use this company again. We have also spoke with family that used to use CCPS and they are changing companies as well. If they would have just taken the time to do the job right the first time, as well as check for any other possible problems while they were out there, this all could have been avoid
