Most of the staff are very caring and treat the dog and family well. The problem is the vets ! They order outrageously expensive tests only to tell you the tests didn't tell them anything they did not already know. Dr. McDermott has no compassion for the family or the dog. I would not recommend her to anyone! We have never had a good experience with her. She does not practice the principles that Banfield touts. \r
PRO: Wonderful staff and technicians\r
CON: Dr. McDermott needs to move on and leave Banfield!
