Unbelievably horrible customer service 5/20/2008

I went to purchase a used Honda Accord. The sales rep was unable to intelligently answer any of my questions about the car. He had to ask his manager, Scott, for everything. I expressed interest in buying the car that day and requested a real number. Scott laid out a bunch of payment plans based on the sticker price. (Clearly not what I asked for.) When I asked simple questions about the payments, like what interest rate did he use to calculate the payments, he became upset, pounded his hand on the table and yelled at me. When I decided to leave, he got up too, slammed his chair into the table and screamed at me to get out! My overall impression of this dealership is that they are only interested in making a sale if they are dealing with someone who is completely ignorant and asks no questions,which allows them to rip you off. Fortunately, there are plenty of other dealerships happy to take David Hobbs' would-be customers. more
