When are business owners and business managers going to "get" that the front desk person is their only chance to make a good first impression? After asking for a credit card number in order to make an appointment, the desk never figured out the tech was waiting for me! So a half hour later I had to go make the desk person find the tech, who was never told I was there. The front desk person had to be reminded by me, the client, that she owed me an apology. "It's not my fault" is today's mantra! Learn how to bend your elbow and point at yourself! Services were good, the only reason for 2 stars. I'll not be back!
