I've eaten at Fuddruckers in various locations roughly 15 times. The restaurants are always meticulously clean. The ordering approach is quick and the Burger fixings are above average. You essentially dress your own burger after it is cooked. Those are the good points. On the negative side we have the following:\r
1. You can't order a rare burger. Medium is the limit. \r
2. The meat is average, although the portions are large.\r
3. The exotic burgers including Buffalo and Ostrich are poor. Multiple times the meat has had a tainted taste. \r

So for a burger - Fuddruckers is way overrated. It is at best upscale average.
