I've been a customer of Incredible Pets for years now and have had nothing but good experiences with the store. I don't know anything about the manager, but I really like the employees. They are knowledgeable and helpful about characteristics of all their pets and their appropriateness for your family. Those who say the animals are sickly or that the store is dirty haven't been to other local pet stores. It smells clean and the dogs and birds are given a lot of attention as they are rotated to the open areas regularly. All their animals look very healthy and well-taken care of. \r
We purchased a Wheaton Terrier there (she was microchipped and had a pedigree that showed she was free of the common Wheaton health problems) 2 1/2 years ago and not only was she healthy and beautiful, but they asked about her every time we came into the store. My understanding is that they microchip all their dogs--something that is a great for their customers. We were told upon her purchase that if there were any problems with her, that we could bring her in and have their vet check her and they would treat her with the prescribed meds free of charge. \r

I have a friend who got her Wheaton from Incredible Pets and she recommended the store to us as well. Her healthy, happy Wheaton and her experience with Incredible Pets is what started us going there.\r

Their birds are rotated on the open playpen regularly and therefore are more socialized. I would never purchase a bird anywhere else. All are hand-fed from birth. My daughter adopted a conure (different store), but they had a bird handler who helped her and advised her as if she had purchased it at their store.\r

I highly recommend this store regardless of some negative comments. I would say a few of the bad reviews seem to be generated from one person and it looks like they are out to destroy the owners reputation due to some personal vendetta. Go check it out for yourself before passing judgment.
