Heather was very rude and demanding to wedding guests, and to be honest, not very talented at all. With more than one photographer on hand, I expected her crew to produce more options and higher quality photos. The angles and photo variety were very bland, boring, and not creative at all. It was difficult to find even one photo that I liked. To order a photo, you have to wait 3 months for it to arrive, and you'll be lucky if it ever shows from what I heard from another guest. Carson Studios is a rip off, extremely untalented, and has zero customer service.
