I had a mishap with a strawberry smoothie on my off white carpet. They were able to come out the same day and remove the stain from my carpet. They called to let me know when they would arrive and were perfectly on time.
I was very happy with the service provided by Elmer.
There is a small area where the stain was that is slightly lighter than the rest of the carpet. It seems to only be visible in bright light. Not sure why this happened, but would much rather have this than a giant pink stain in the middle of the room.
Pros: Professinal and courteous staff
Cons: 3 in x18 in strip of carpet lighter than the rest.
