Not only did Carpet Dryclean do an excellent job cleaning our rugs, they were a pleasure to work with. Prior to coming to our home, they called to confirm the appointment and were prompt in their arrival time. Miguel Polo was very thorough in his explanation of the process Carpet Dryclean uses in cleaning the rugs. He and his worker were diligent in their work and courteous in any interaction they had with us. We would absolutely consider using their service at a later date. =
