Carlos and his crew were friendly, explained the cleaning process and challenges as they moved from room to room, and in the end got our carpets cleaner than they have ever been. White carpets are whiter than ever. We thought we were going to need to replace our carpets soon, but a good cleaning is all we needed. Hurrah. Highly recommended.
