Our waitress was really pretty, but really dingy.... she was awful! They should hire people because they are good, not because they are cute. It took my husband like 20 minutes to get a beer! When I went and found her and asked her about it, she seemed really annoyed. I ordered a vodka and cranberry tall and she looked at me like I was an alien... apparently she did not know what tall meant. My father's steak was supposed to be medium rare and it was burnt to a crisp so bad... it tasted like charcoal. We always go here for special occasions but are never going back... it's so loud in there anyways, we always tolerated it though because the food was so good and the staff was so great, but not anymore... Do they have a new manager now or something?
