This is the management company for my condo's homeowner's association in Bellevue. Every interaction I have ever had with them is subpar. They treat owner's like dirt, do not maintain the property well, and the swimming pool is such a cesspool because of lack of treatment it should be declared a health hazard. The women who work in the office are snotty and rude. They are condescending and completely obnoxious when you have a problem or concern. The ""spies"" from this company are constantly fining people for ridiculous things like actually improving the beauty of their backyard area. This company needs to be fired.
