Bought a digital camera 4 months ago. Broke the 2nd day I used it....of course this was day 2 of our very first cruise...so I have about 5 pictures over a 7 day cruise....Returned to Wolf when we got back from our cruise. Wolf would not take responsibility. Accused me repeatedly of dropping it which I did not. Said they would send it back to Pentax but without a service aggreement, they doubted Pentax would replace/fix. That was 4 months ago. I returned a month ago to enquire and no one at the store could tell me anything about my camera. They said manager , Wes, would be in touch. He called and left message the next day and said he was clueless also but would follow up with pentax. That was over a month ago and i still have not heard from him. \r
I thought Wolf had a good reputation for customer service, a better product,and an expertise that would be lacking at Best Buy or other stores. That turned out not to be the case. I will never shop here again!!
