Ok, it took me a little while to get over the shock that I could get better sushi in Taxas than in Oregon. Not to mention I'd put Musashino in my top 3 of all time compared to Japantown in San Jose and select spots in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Not far off from Nobu...\r
It's amazing. Many of their specialty rolls come with some crazy sauces I've never had anywhere else - that and the freshness of the seafood make the difference. We love this place and although it is a little expensive it is the only place we go for sushi now (1-2x a month). We've tried all the trendy places downtown and frankly they are just terrible and even worse compared to Musashino.\r
Expect a wait and the bill - but the food and service is excellent. You'd think servie would suffer because most the staff is very pretty...but they are really good.\r
