I went in to Payton Salon because it was an Aveda salon and I thought that meant that the stylists were well trained. I went to this stylist 3 times. 1st time she did not listen to me at all and hardly put any highlights in. The 2nd time , when I was stuck in there for 5 hours, she made my hair darker than when I went in and when I called she told me to wash it a few times and that it would get better. I did and it was a little better, but not much. The 3rd time I had scheduled the appt for 5, but the day before they rescheduled for earlier because they had not scheduled enough time. I asked for my hair to be much lighter, but that I did not want it to look funny with the bottom dark and the top light. I ended up looking like a rocker with blonde at the top and dark on the bottom 3 inches. Horrible. When I asked them to fix it, they told me that they would refund my money (just for the 3rd hair style) but would not fix it. Horrible service!!!
