We took 3 hour lunch breaks, left work early. Put on suits for meetings and nodded our heads at the Board of Directors. This was standard protocol, and most boards never catch on, if they do they ask us to change performance and we ride that until we are fired or quit.. We were told to pretend to take notes instead of assisting people. I left because the accounting department would continually change my pay rate. It was a pretty cushy job, but as everyone knows- LB Prop doesnt perform. I now work for a law firm who handles cases involving Property Management and I can't believe they havent been sued.
