I went here to get measured for a suit. The measurements that I needed were taken in about 5-10 minutes. Some of the measurements I needed were deemed ""stupid"" and were not taken. Others were taken inaccurately (my waist size was 2 inches off). After this was done, the gentleman helping me started talking to another customer, ignoring me entirely. I had to ask if we were ""all set,"" at which point he insisted on charging me $10 for taking 8 simple measurements. They didn't accept credit cards (yes, there are still places that don't), and I was $1 short. He then watched as one of his other customers offered me the dollar to meet his arbitrarily assigned fee.\r
I found their treatment of customers to be unprofessional. While I was being measured, other people came in and didn't even receive a simple ""I'll be with you in a moment."" They had to wait for the other employee to return to be acknowledged. I can't say anything about the quality of their work, but their customer service deserves the ranking I assigned.
