I hated this outdated, overrated, overrpriced salon. There is zero customer service just arrogant obnoxious has-beens. The people who ""manage"" this dump are downright nasty, unfriendly and awful. They act like they're doing you a favor to let you come pay triple what a service should cost and give you a talent-less\r
lame haircut, blowdry, color. I have had several bad experiences and am done. It's in a nice location so I tried it a few times and was repeatedly dissappointment. Unfounded arrogance, pomposity, attitude and nothing backing it up. Just rude and nasty. EWWWWww.. What a dump.
