I drove 9mi. to get here and was excited. The place was interesting for kids to play while waiting. I waited an hour but didn't mind since i didn't have an appt., and i had high expectations for a good cut for my daughter. The lady who cut her hair grabbed a fistful of her hair to ""suggest"" how much should be cut, and i cringed. My daughter had looong curly hair down her back. Notice i said had. I told her i didn't want that much cut so she let some go. When i agreed to a length, she grabbed scissors and cut the whole clump right off. I thought she meant that would be the finished length. She never considered that with wet hair combed that it would shrink as it dried, or that after she cut, she would trim more to even it out. When she was done my daughter had a jaw length bob after it dried. Before we got there she had hair almost to her waist when dry and scrunched curly. I almost cried.. My daughter was upset too. She's 5 and this was her second hair cut ever. I guess the lady noticed i was upset and tried to show me how to style it now by putting tons of mousse into her hair. It was so sticky and hard by the time we got home i had to wash it again and the shampoo wouldn't lather.\r
I feel this place was a waste of money. Next time i'm, going to supercuts and then the park to play.
Pros: Great play area, exciting for kids.
Cons: Bad service.
