The food here was really amazing. My husband and I spent a lot of time deciding on where we were going to spend our first anniversary dinner in the city and finally decides on Dylan Prime. I had the filet and he had the NY strip, and we were both more than satisfied with the food. The cream of spinach was the best I've ever had. If you like the fancy martinis, ask to see the dessert menu because that is where they are hidden. I wish I would have known this before dinner. Our waiter wasn't the best and he started off the evening by saying ""ummmmm, there are no specials and we dont have this... this and this..., followed by a long pause. I think he was waiting to see if we still wanted to eat there, and I'm glad that we did. The ambiance was great.. dark, and lit with candles, and perfect for our anniversary. I would defintely go there again!
