We ate at Suze's last Friday evening. We were promptly seated by the warm and friendly staff. Our first courses included the beef carpaccio with avocado and the seared foie gras. Both dishes were excellent. The tender slices of beef with avocado chunks is one of the best preparations in the city. The generous portion of foie gras was perfectly prepared and served with a cherry reduction sauce on a bed of mixed greens. The venison main course was served a rare-plus as requested and was very hearty. The classic pappardelle bolognese was very savory, with large chunks of veal and shaved parmagiano regiano. The service was very attentive. Overall great experience.
Pros: Great food and service, friendly long-term staff.
