Ate at Fiamma last week and had an amazing time. I had tried the chef's food before so I knew I was in for a great meal, yet I was still taken aback. My guest was a certified 'picky diner' so I was worried her restrictions would hamper the evening, but the server went out of the way to explain the menu to her and make suggestions, and in the end she loved everything! I did the 5-course menu but my date only wanted 3 courses, and not only did they let us do that but they sent her out an extra course so she wouldn't have to sit and watch me eat. \r

My favorite dish was the duck. It comes with a special sauce that is poured table-side. The flavors are incredible and the French service is also a nice touch.\r

The staff was professional but friendly - not stuffy like in other fine dining restaurants. The maitre'd was happy to move us to a different table when we asked and remembered our name on the way out! We will definitely be back.
