I have been going here a few years on and off. Depending on when I go I normally find clothing items. Only once did I go and find not enough selection for the gender/age I needed. I do like the kid area and appreciate the patience of the workers. I control my kids in there but I like that the staff isn't up tight about kids touching merchandise. Some places are anti kids in the store and this store isn't one of them which makes me feel less rushed when I have the kiddos with me. Everything is well organized. My only issue was the amount of cash I get when I bring items in to sell. EBay is time consuming but I do much better on there with all my brand name items. I have the mostly the best for my kids so I want a little return on what I have paid for stuff. Nobody likes feeling ripped. If the store offered a better percentage I would be more interested in selling to them but for now I just sell my own items online.
Pros: Good store hours, not crowded, kid friendly
Cons: Low pay out for items you bring them to sell
