As a former server of this institution, I am happy to say that this place is a total joke. The general manager is a former alcoholic pervert who harrasses all of the female servers and negotiates prices for all of the canned goods, meat, and vegetables...meaning, he looks for the cheapest cuts of meats, therefore the worst quality as well. None of the cooks there are trained chefs, including the ""executive chef"" that the instution so proudly boasts. The health codes violations are unbelievable, and the event coordinators are untrained, nepotistic beasts who exploit all of their servers by paying them minimum wage. This place is an upscalehooters, wannabe Disneyland and not worth a penny. The dry foods pantry that is kept under tight security is full of rodents, ratfeces, and canned soups and broths. Why would a place that charges so much use canned au jus, canned miropoix, canned onion soup, canned tomato soup (for the ""tomato bisque""), and spoiled vegetables. The wine is the only thing that can compensate for the prices, but the wine is still overpriced. If you want food that has quality and a good price, go to the Paris Bistro, Mazza, Fresco, Lugano, or anything else besides this dump.
