I love El Toro and try to have lunch here fairly often. Diners get fast, friendly service. Dinners are reasonably priced and almost too much to eat. The lunch's are SO quick and plenty to eat and around $5. I think the atmosphere is great and would possibly even make the trip from Minneapolis to Champlin sometime for dinner. This is truly a worthwhile establishment and second, in my mind, only to Pepitos. Oh yes, the chips are just mediocre but I love, LOVE the white sauce that comes with them. The salsa is good also.
